MS. COONS’ CLASSROOM RULES
1. Be in your seat and working when the bell rings.
A student is considered tardy if not seated and working with all materials available when the bell rings.
2. No talking without permission.
Raise your hand if you wish to speak and wait until you are called on. When someone is talking, everyone is listening.
3. Respect the rights of others.
No teasing, name-calling, or profanity is permitted. Keep hands, feet, and other objects to yourself. No food or gum is permitted. No personal grooming is permitted. Do not damage school property.
4. The teacher, not the bell, dismisses you.
Everyone will be in their seats and quiet before the teacher will dismiss them.
5. Do your best.
Follow instructions the first time, stay on task, and work without distracting others. Keep your classroom clean. Sleeping is not permitted. Participate!
